Here’s a new recipe of this month. It’s the Turkey Mango salad!
- 450 g turkey
- 90 g rocket leaves
- 1 lemon
- 100 ml mango juice
- 3 tsp mustard
- 3 tbsp virgin olive oil
- peppers (salt, white pepper, thyme)
First, cut turkey into slices and soak with lemon juice and peppers for 10 minutes. Then, fry turkey slices in a pan (both sides) until they appear red. Next, in a presentation dish, place turkey and decorate with rocket leaves. In the end, mix mango juice with mustard, and pour over dish.
